4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once the cryptocurrency transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain. Service credits are applied to your wallet balance upon successful payment confirmation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any third-party platform's terms of service knowingly, or to engage in any activity that could harm our platform or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Service Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and platform conditions. We do not guarantee specific results, follower retention rates, or engagement metrics. Service availability may be affected by third-party platform changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
SMMHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

All content, branding, and materials on SMMHub are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited if termination is due to a terms violation.
